Water Cure/Lakeside House
A resort that attracted tourists from 1866 until it burned to the ground 11 years later.
This hotel was originally the Water Cure when built in 1855.
The 19th century lakeside pavilion, once the site of lectures by nationally known figures
like William Jennings Bryan, President William McKinley and Fighting Bob La Follette.
