Having failed for many years to buy a house in Madison, he made an emotional appeal to the
Madison City Council's Committee on Human Rights. This in part led to the Fair Housing Ordinance
Hit a hole-in-one at the 8th hole at Glenway Golf Course. He vowed to be buried as close to that hole as possible and left word that if
the cemetery ever expands he wants to be moved. Right now he lies just a chip shot away
